Marinated overnight for exceptional flavour development then charred on the grill and served with a tasty chimichurri sauce, this dish is so moorish. To top it off, it's served with crispy potatoes, biodynamic brown rice and greens, yum yum!

There's nothing better than using seasonal, organic or free range ingredients to create delicious and nutritious food; this is what I strive to do both at home and for others.
