Hi I'm Cleo!

Super healthy meals that tastes amazing

I left a huge corporate role in construction to pursue my dream of making amazing food for people. It started with my childhood surrounded by produce as my parents ran their successful fruit and veg business - and my family is Greek so food is a big part of my childhood memories. You would usually find me in the kitchen busy baking with my Mum. Her style was to cook traditional Greek meals but she was also really adventurous and would experiment with French and Italian fusion, with a flare that she has thankfully passed on to me. Later I would travel around the world to New York, Manhattan, Barcelona, Berlin, Italy, San Sebastián, and a mix of countries and islands throughout Asia. Exploring food in these places reignited my passion for cooking and about 10 years ago I appeared on Masterchef, which whet my appetite (so to speak) for finally doing what I love for a living. It was a fun, once in a lifetime experience that really tested my food knowledge, and ability to think on my feet under pressure in the kitchen. I took 4 months off to audition and spent it making dishes like the fresh mud crab and halloumi tart and burnt orange, caramel, white chocolate and pistachio panna cotta with baklava cigar that got me through 🎉 My cooking style is super healthy - and good food really does taste fantastic. For FoodSt I’m making meals that freeze well, are easy to cook, look good - and represent my Greek heritage.
