I’m an assistant principal at a Sydney CBD school, and in my spare time I cook traditional Portuguese desserts. I met my husband living in Portugal and bonded with his family over food as his Grandmother taught me how to make amazing Portuguese desserts. I make them now as a way of staying connected with her and the rest of our family overseas, and I add in my own style and flavours to make them truly unique.
