I'm a passionate foodie and cook and fiercely proud of my Argentinian heritage. I share my culture through the meals I make with my family's traditional recipes, so I’m basically living my dream here at FoodSt. It’s a really exciting milestone, on a journey that’s taken me from working with famous Argentinian chef Martiniano Molina for 3 years, to studying gastronomy at Gato Dumas Colegio de Cocineros, and then working as a hotel pastry chef for 5 years. Great opportunities to experience the world of gastronomy first hand, especially the time I spent working in Spain’s iconic 3 Michellin starred Mugaritz restaurant. This is where I nurtured my love of amazing pastry and honed the craft of making it myself to produce these one of a kind authentic empanadas.
