Hi I’m Teresa,
I’m originally from Bolivia and currently a chef at Ormeggio by the Spit Bridge in Mosman. I started cooking with my Mum as a kid in Bolivia and I’ve been doing it professionally since I moved out at 18 to become a cook and housekeeper. 5 years ago I came to Sydney to work at Allegria, a Spanish restaurant in Rouse Hill and now I’m fulfilling my dream of sharing my cooking and culture with more and more communities throughout Australia.
