I’ve been getting creative with food since I was a kid following my Dad around the kitchen as his ‘mini kitchen hand.’ My beef wonton are actually made using his recipe and the whole process takes me right back to watching him craft his from scratch to feed me and my five siblings. Now I regularly make them for my own kids and I'm excited to introduce his authentic recipes to a wider community of foodies.
